Endpoint Protection

Hi,
I have installed SEP 11 on an ISA 2006 Enterprise 2003R2 Server.
The product has installed successfully but cannot contact the SEPM for it's Policy. The client can access Live update externally.
Does anyone have the complete Firewall rule configuration to save me some precious time?

Create a rule to allow port 8014 

even after changing the above steps, post the sylink logs from the client

i agree with the blog about having no av, however we do so my question remains the same.
does anyone have the fw rule protocol, ports, etc to allow the isa to contact the sepm?

in your ISA you need to add a rule for the sepm server
to and from traffic should be allowed from isa 
forward rule and reverse rule for sepm server

You need to open port 8014 for the client to connect to SEP manager and download definitions from it.

Which communication ports does Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 use?

Remember the most of the ports which is present in the above doc is customizable.The above doc is telling about the default ports.If you had done any changes for them at the time SEPM installation you have to allow corresponding ports.
