Hi all,

 

Please refer the Screenshot of ISA server 2010 .

I have installed only the Antivirus & AntiSpyware Feature of Symantec 12.1 only.

I have Disabled PTP & NTP

Hello,

Could you please let us know your issue in detail?

One screenshot shows SEP 12.1 with only AV/AS Feature installed and updated with Latest Definitions, where as the second screenshot shows Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 which shows conflict.

Uninstall SEP client, Restating the machine and Reinstall the SEP client back on the machine may resolve this issue.

The SEP 12.1 client automatically creates file and folder exclusions for the following Microsoft Forefront products:
  • Forefront Server Security for Exchange
  • Forefront Server Security for SharePoint
  • Forefront Threat Management Gateway

Check the Microsoft Web site for a list of recommended exclusions. Also see the Symantec Technical Support knowledgebase article, Configuring Symantec Endpoint Protection exclusions for Microsoft Forefront http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH106465
