Issuance of Code Signing Certificates is broken?

Since 26th November I am stuck waiting for the issuance of a Code Signing Certificate for Individual developer.

On 26th November, I placed order 10532800. On 4th December, Support said they will cancel this order due to technical reasons namely the order could not progress after the Queued stage, and recommended me to place a new order.

On 4th December, I placed order 10558301 and the situation is the same. Still waiting for the certificate.

Support does not answer or takes a lot of time to answer or when answers they do not solve anything.

This is really frustrating, I have never had an experience like this.

Yes we recently experienced some issues concering the enrollment process For Code Signing. A patch has been recently released that should of fixed this issue though. In order to Finalise and expidite your order Call the Customer-Support/Order-Processing Team number at 877-438-8776 and they can assist you.
