    hi,

    I have created a policy for blocking usb devices but excluding printing and scanning devices.

    but still our printers are blocked. pls assist.

    You can use DevViewer tool and find GUID id and exclude ID

    Hi,

    As you have mention that your printer is USB printer, for USB printer you need to exclude the Device ID of the USB printer.

    You can make application policy "Make removable drive read only" to block USB.

    Just select action block for read attempt.
