With Enterprise Vault SP2 installed on a client running Outlook 2000 they can't view the properties of any of their folders in their mailbox i.e. Calendar, Inbox Sent item. Outlook shuts down.

If we uncheck the EV setting in Add-in Manager the issue goes away but then obviously they can't see their vaulted items.

We do not experience this issue with Outlook 2003.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
