We are trying to install an agent in DMZ zone and facing some issue. We have opened port : 80 in DMZ zone to communicate with NS server. We also configured one site server inside DMZ zone. We tried to install an agent in DMZ zone from console and it installed successfully in client machine. But the entry is not showing in console after installation. Agent is getting GUID in server. could you please help me

Is this still an issue?  If you can push the install outbound to the client in the DMZ, but the client in the DMZ does not appear in the console, the likely cause is that the client cannot report back to the NS on port 80.  Have you confirmed that the client can connected to the NS on port 80 (e.g. telnet altirisserver.mydomain.com 80)?

The problem could be that there is no DNS in the DMZ --to workaround this, I setup entries for my smp and central site server in the hosts file on the DMZ server. (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts -edit using notepad) I don't have a site server in the DMZ -I have firewall entries to allow communication between the DMZ servers and the NS and site server at specific ports (80 for NS comm and 1011 for Monitor Solution.) I then perform a pull install of the agent from the DMZ server.
