Issue with Outlook 2010 HTTP-Only Add-In version 9.0.1

We have two systems with Outlook 2010 where we are getting this message on Outlook startup: "This version of Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In is not compatible with the installed version of Microsoft Outlook..."

Both systems had an add-in installed previously - one has version 7.5 SP3 add-in.  We were testing version 9.0.1 and could not enable Virtual vault - after uninstalling the add-in and reinstalling, it now launches and gives the error message above.  I have tried EVResetClient and also uninstalling and removing files and registry keys for KVS under HKLC and HKLU.

The other desktop had version 9.0.1 installed and working fine with Virtual Vault.  We uninstalled to do the installation again and then began experiencing problem same error above.

Anyone have suggestions before I open a case? :)

What is the version of Enterprise Vault in your environment?

Yeah, that might help. 

Yeah, that might help.  Server is now at 8.0 SP4 - we were 7.5 SP3 previously.  We are testing the 9.0.1 HTTP-Only addin for Outlook 2010 clients.

I am having the same exact

I am having the same exact issue.  Currently working with support but no solution as of yet.  Did you ever open a ticket or find a solution?  If so, please share.

same problem here. Also tested the newest client 9.0.1.1090 without success.

Did you find a solution? I have a ticket open...
