  • 1.  Issue with SEPM web console

    Hello Team,

     

    We have been experiencing an strange issue with SEPM web console .When we try to login to the SEPM webconsole from any machine or server we get an loading screen in between and it does not gets closed it remains still.Please refer screenshot below.

    This does happen at random scenarios (80%) and sometimes the loading screen does not show up.

    We are using SEPM version 12.1.5 and this issue gets experienced in servers and normal windows machines .

    What's the IE version?

    Have you tried to repair the SEPM through add/remove programs? Does issue occurr if logged in locally?

    You can enable FINEST debugging and re-produce the issue.

    You can post the scm-server-0.log here for review if needed or open a case with Symantec.

    From SEP 12.1 RU5 version there is a specific requirement. If you installed the remote Java console with an earlier version of the product, you must reinstall it when you upgrade to a later version. You should also ensure that your web browser Internet options let you view content from the server you log on to.
