    Hello,

What version of SEP 11.x have you installed?

Does this happen on client machines?

What OS are you running the SEP on?

Could you please provide us a Screenshot of the message?

    Dear Mithun,

SEP 11.0.7000.0, on Windows XP SP3 OS 32bit machine.

Then i've try to reinstall this SEP, with the following steps:

    - Uninstall SEP

    - Clean registry and program files of SEP using NoNav2.49

    - After reboot system, i'm install SEP again. But, when process installer is running, then show error message cannot install SEP (capture attached).

    - Then, i check on services.msc, 2 services of SEP is still active. (capture attached).

    Thanks & Regards,
    Barkah

    Hello,

From the Screenshots, we could understand is that there is no Symantec Endpoint Protection services and since it is not able to install the client properly, this issue of repeatative install is occurying.

    Check these Articles:

    Check this Thread: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/symantec-endpoint-install-loop

    Hope that helps!!!

    try this step

    Click on Windows Start Button

In the Run Box type regedit

                Click OK

                Navigate to the following

                HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\AppData:

                Change the value=%APPDATA%  to value=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\

                Change the value=%APPDATA%  to value=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming

                Change the value=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\ to value=%APPDATA%

Note: Verify the physical folder exists, \Users\[local user]\AppData, before finishing the renaming process.              In addition, verify the value of the other keys located within the AppData folder, they all should be alike.

                Reboot

Right-Click ‘Run as Administrator’ and run Setup.exe
