I have installed the client on four Windows Vista Business. Only one have SP1 installed and just that occur the problem. Others are running correctly.

I think the problem may be related with the SP1.

Hello,

Could you Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool on this machine?

System Requirements for Symantec Endpoint Protection, Enterprise and Small Business Editions, and Network Access Control 12.1

In the document above, it does not specify anything about Vista SP1.

Hello Oivin,

It is a problem with Vista Portuguese and Russian Version.

According to Symantec the solution are installation of SP2 in Windows Vista.

I did this and the problem don't ocurred more.
