IT Management Suite

Hi All, 

I am upgrading Altiris CMS 7.1 to 7.5 SP1 and getting the following error while upgrade 

“A Critical Error Occurred 

Server didn’t recognise the value of HTTP header SOAPAction:

Configuration failed while attempting preconfiguring”

Please Help 

Hi SVR,

1. Take a backup of Database.
2. If you have any customized policy/filter/reports/security role - kindly take a backup.  -  safety measures.

Which version of 7.1 you have --- SP1 or SP2 or SP2 MP1

1.Make sure the SIM is updated.
2.Try to update the pl.xml file and give a try.

Hi Siva , 

I tried to re-run the installation and it got installed without any issues . Now i am facing multiple issues in NS 

1. License count shows incorrectly as  xxx/999999

2. Also the NS agent is not identifying itself as a task server . It s connecting to another site server but not to the NS 

We upgraded form 7.1 SP2 MP1 to 7.5 and later to 7.5 SP1 HF1

SIM is updated
