IT Analytics - All the cubes in the Pivot Tables folder are empty

They report "The query could not be processed: the data provider didn't supply any further error information" any ideas? The dashboards and reports all work fine. Thanks

Have you installed the OWC?

The OWC 11 web components need to be installed for cubes to work.

yep they're on there

Thanks for the response, I think its related to my Pivot Tables cubes all being empty, when I click on one of them I get: "The query could not be processed: The data provider didn't supply any further error information."

Solved: I didn't have Analysis Services 9.0 OLE DB Provider!

and that required the Microsoft Core XML Services 6.0 so I installed that then the OLE DB Provider and bam! i can view my cubes.

So to summarize, to run IT Analytics the client machine needs the following:
Office web components 11
ADOMD.NET (.NET data provider)
MS XML 6
OLE DB 9

all of these are on the "Feature Pack for Microsoft SQL Server 2005" page of the Microsoft download center
