Looks veeery strange...
If this is a test environment and you have backup to make possible restore to previous state, then you can try to:
⇒ You can check what settings are specified in database for IT Analytics:
SELECT * FROM Item WHERE Guid= 'ce7c50d0-7f50-413d-bb4a-44e28b60245a'
⇒ You can remove current settings from Symantec_CMDB database to make possible to open IT Analytics Settings page in SMP Console and set a new settings and choose your existing ITA database or create a new:
update Item
set State = '<item> <RSURL></RSURL> <RSFolder></RSFolder> <RSAuth></RSAuth> <RSBrowserRole>Browser</RSBrowserRole> </item>'
where Guid = 'ce7c50d0-7f50-413d-bb4a-44e28b60245a'
Notes:
1. After this query execution, please perform IIS reset and re-open I.E Browser.
2. Please save current settings of IT Analytics to make possible to revert them back if required.
Thanks,
