IT Analytics installation Error

Hi,

Again iam posting the same problem here..iam facing errors while installing IT analytics in windows server 2008 R2 machine..it is having direct internet access..but while installing iam getting errors

Enclosed the Logs..iam getting error as unexpected error occured

hi Srikanth,

Are you want Trial License key ?

 

Otherwise do contact Symantec Support for assistance

You will need some form of license to get the software to work. Even if its a 60 day evaluation. This you would get via a reseller or Symantec

 

Note: The current temporary license for IT Analytics expire in 1/22/2011.  New License will be provided in the future.

This IT analytics is free component or we need to buy? i think it will come along with SPS suite for symantec endpoint protection users
