In our environment
SMP Version 7.1.8280, Off Box SQL 2008 R2
When anybody access an IT Analytics Report the report loads and runs correctly, but if you click on a count to drill down the following error comes up
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
There are some exceptions:
Using the Symantec Admin (domain admin) account directly on the SQL reporting server works, But this is not the case if you use the Symantec Admin account from another server, or Win7 Client
The second exception to this is in my play environment it works fine.
What we think we have worked it out to be is some sort of security policy that has been applied by our server team, but unless we can tell them specifically...
Has anyone ever encounter this before?
