I got a MS SQL login error when I am creating a connection to Servicedesk database, but If I connect using SQL Studio Management with the same user, all is fine.
My enviroment is a Servicedesk 7.5, MS SQL 10.0.2573 and SMP 7.1.8400

Did you use a domain account or a local SQL account? I don't believe domain accounts work for ITA access.

IT Analtyics update for ServiceDesk 7.5 was released Monday.

CNWlliams, I updated IT Analytics to last version, but I got the same error.. Is something related with the domain accounts?

Have you tested this with a SQL account (sa)? As far as I know, you cannot use a domain account to make the ITA ServiceDesk connection.
