Hi,
For Altiris IT Management Suite, can a customer assign a ticket to a specified IT personell with an organisation ?
Eg. If a compnay has 4 IT technicians can jobs or tickets be assign to a specified technican based on the job?
Another question, In IT Management Suite included there is ServiceDesk, I thinking it is not a comprehensive feature of the ServiceDesk product itself (correct me if I am wrong)..so if it does not include the comprehensive functionalities of the ServiceDesk, What features of ServiceDesk are included in IT Management Suite?

ServiceDesk in IT Management Suite
The full version of ServiceDesk is included in IT Management Suite. Every purchase of IT Management Suite includes ServiceDesk base which includes 5 Analyst licenses and 1 licens of CMDB Solution. For every 100 licenses of IT Management Suite, an additional ServiceDesk Analyst is included. This applies to IT Management Suite version 7.0 and 7.1.
