IT Management Suite 8.0 HF3 release is now available.

Following are the main highlights:

1. Addressed 62 customer escalations (192 defects in total)
2. Expanded list of supported platforms. The following operating systems are now supported for the installation of the Symantec Management Agent:
   • RHEL 7.2 http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO124979
   • Solaris 11.3  http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO124985
3. Deploy Image task is updated. The default value of the Bypass Driver Validation option is now set to All in the Deploy Image task.
4. UI enhancements in Security Role Manager and on the Automation Policies page.
5. Default network device naming scheme for RHEL 7 has been changed to Consistent Network Device Naming. Apply System Configuration (ASC) task now identifies the interfaces of the network devices based on the priorities that are given at the following URL: Consistent Network Device Naming
6. Enhanced image storage on site servers. From ITMS 8.0 HF3 onwards, Resource Import Tool on a Package Server can import images without installing the Deployment Solution Task Service on the same server.
