    If it's 7.1 then generally no, for using it. For installing you need to acquire packages separately then.

    Yes, I am using 7.1 but, if I disable my internet connection and put it to my local intranet my Symatec WebConsole didn't open.

    You might want to check your routing and IIS configuration. 

    Do use FQDN or local name? 

    What is the error on the screen ?

    If you are running multiple NICs, and when you disable the "Internet" you are disabling that NIC, you may want to check to see if IIS is configured that website to respond on that NIC or IP only.

    You may also want to check your firewall settings.  Try disabling the firewall, if it starts working, then you know that is where your problem lies and you will need to create an exception for whatever is getting blocked.

    I have disabled the firewall and in IIS I have assigned IP address to my website. Still I am getting error. I have attached the error for your reference.

    Hi Aditya,

    Attached image shows that you have specific problem in accessing pages defined with "Activity Center" but are you able to access other pages from "Pages in Home" / "Settings"?

    If other pages are accesible than:

    1. Web Server is working as expeted means fine

    2. Either you have not selected/installed DS solution during ITMS installation

    3. Or you have uninstalled the DS solution; post ITMS installtion

    Is any of above condition is true in your case?

    1) You can check SQL Configuration Manager->SQL Server Services->All services except SQL Server Browser are running.

    2) If above step does not solve problem ,you can install Activity Center mannually to fix the activity center.

    • Installed Activity Center msi using command -

    C:\Program Files\Altiris\Symantec Installation Manager\Installs\Altiris >msiexec.exe /i "altiris_activitycenter.msi" skipaim=1

    Note:You can put the correct msi name for activity center in above command that exists under Altiris Folder.

    • Execute Altiris Deployment config file from NotificationServer->Bin folder –>

    C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Bin>AeXConfig.exe /configure "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Deployment\Config\Altiris.Deployment.config"
