    Our organization uses AD authentication as its authentication method for workflow in ServiceDesk

    Is it possible to add Active Directory sync profiles to target 2 domains?

    Our ServiceDesk supports two domans, that is, 123.com and 456.com.

     

    If this can be done, how?

    Yes you can configure the AD Sync to import from both your domains. In Credentials Manager you will need to define a connection profile for each domain you wish to sync. Once that is done in the Process Manager portal you will define the sync schedule & what users to synch from each connection.
