  • 1.  Is it possible to customize verdict message?

    Hi,

    I have a simple question. I configured content compliance policy which added annotate message to every outbound messages. It worked fine. However, when I had a look in message audit log, the virdict column displayed thing like content compliance policy violation. I understand it showed like that because the outbound message matched my content compliance policy but it was a bit difficult to explain to users especially management team. Thus, is it possible to customize the verdict message? Or is there any other solution? Could anyone advise me please?

    I am using Brightmail Gateway 7.7.

    Hi Nitaas,

    No, We cant change the verdict of the content compliance. As it displays the policy applied to the email & even helpful to track us whether how many emails have been triggered via that policy.
