    You would have to create a new package excluding it and push it

    OR

    You can disable it in the AV policy

    You can change the feature set in the SEPM for the group to remove the Outlook scanner.

    You can Do it from theAnti Virus , Anti Spy ware policy,

    Select the Email Option and disable it , Once that is done you will see a messgae on the Client UI saying that the Email Protection is Sisabled and also on the yellow sheild you would see a red dot.

    So the better option is to just take out the plugin from the Install following the article Given above
