Is it possible to speak to someone at Symantec that speaks good English?

I am so frustrated!    I am trying to figure out licenses, serial numbers, downloading software,  but am getting nowhere with all these help support phone people who are all obviously from India.    I have to constantly ask them to repeat what they are saying and it is tedious and unfruitful.    I just want some help and I can't understand a word they're saying to me.
