Backup job stays in queue

I am getting the error e000e005 when I try to inventory my tapes. I try to run a backup and the tape stays in queue. I am running backup exec 2010 R3 on a windows 2008 r3 server, 64 bit. Any help is very much appreciated.

In the Devices tab, pause and unpause the media server.
