Hi all,

I have SBS server 2003 and symantec client 12.1.2 installed on the server.  I found virus on my server 2003. When I scan whole server symantec doesnot detect the virus. I had upload the virus folder in the attachement. Bcoz of this my server doesnot download mails in the exchange. The screen shot is also attach and it doesnot any virus alert but virus is only shwon in task manager. I have previous same issue has happen  and case id is 04525133. Virus has been not deleted nor detected by symantec antivrius. It is affecting to our mails and network also. Please required your suggestion on this issue urgently. I had deleted it but again it has been come. When I end task process it again run the process. I need help on this. 

dont attach any suspicious file here, you need to contact technical support team to help. You should be submitting these files to Security response team.

Once you submit the virus you will get a response from the SRT. Run the power eraser with latest defs it should take care

You can check the virus result from virustotal.com

if the suspicious file is not shown as a virus in site by symantec and detected as a virus by other companies then submir the file to symantec security team. They can analysis the file and provide the rapid rwlease definition path against that virus.
