ITA may not be compatible with SP2. I've heard of a few environments with this issue, but wasn't involved in resolving it.
Have you checked these KBs?

Hello mclemson , thanks for the reply .
Here is my environment.
I have configured SMP Notification Server > IT Analytics Settings>>Configuration>>Stored Credentials
As i have tried both Stored Credentials and also Windows Integrated Authentication.
But when using stored credentials ..When i go to Reports>>>Dashboard>> and click on any of the SEP dashboard in the right pane of the window. i get following error
http status 401 unauthorised...
2nd option Windows Integrated Authentication. used but my client is not ready to change the trust this computer for delegation to any server and other detail steps..mention in TECH 175120
As i have searched a lot on this and this issue is getin delayed. a lot.
I need the workaround on first option i.e. on Stored credentials..
reply awaiting earlier
Thanks & Best Regards,

Thanks Sandy great job you have finally digged your head and got the solution. can u share what u have did to resolve the issue.....................
hi rajesh nothing much done . only the SMP hosting server setting is changed to following setting in AD and also if the IIS running account is domain account then that accoun also needs to be set as below settings. And setspn utility is not required to run on the SMP and SQL hosting server. thats done...
Trust this computer for delegation to any service(Kerberos only)

STS (SMP 7.1)
So it sounds like the solution from the 4th KB in my reply (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175120) resolved your issue by changing the Kerberos setting as described. Glad I could help!

I've got two separate IT Analytics systems where I can browse the cubes but get the "cannot access" message on the dashboards and reports. Both have seperate SQL Servers and use Stored Credentials. I've tried trusting the NS for delegation on one site to no effect.

if ur using iis as domain accnt that needs to trusted for delegation...and use as WINDOWS INTEGRATED AUTHENTICATION then try it.

I have tried Windows Integrated Authentication and that does work. But Stored Credentials (Altiris Service Account) should work too.
