  • 1.  ITA Cubes unavailable after upgrade/install

    Hi

    I have the following problem

    • I have a box with CMS 7.1 installed with everything working fine including CMS related cubes
    • I then install AMS and SMS to the box but the cubes associated with these two suites are still marked as unavailable and I am unable to import them.

    Has anyone else seen this behaviour and if so were they able to resolve it?

     

    I've tried repairs all items related to AMS and ITA with no luck

    there are some prerequisites missing, and the cube install page itself should tell you what the issue is.

    Thanks for the quick reply

    Yeah I've already checked the descriptions (see screenshot attached).  The solutions that it mentions are already installed.

    Check the connection folder, and set that up. ITA is using the Analysis and Report Server databases, so they need to be linked to the Symantec_CMDB.

    Thanks guys

    That KB article doesn't seem to be for the same issue I'm having but I ran the query and stored procedure anyway and it worked!

    All Cubes are now available for install.
