Working with Symantec to resolve this connectivity issue. Think we found the problem as my processing task isn't erroring out right away like before although it's been running since this morning and has been sitting at "Processing of the 'Patch Vulnerabilities' partition has started" for quite some time now. The GUI's still responsive with the Close button grayed out at the bottom which seems to indicate it's still running.
It's almost the end of my day where I'll be forced to close the ITA Event Viewer window. I would think the ITA event viewer is logging its results somewhere so does anyone know where this might be so I can take a look at the results next week?
