    After Installing Mail Security for Exchange 6.01 I start getting the above error. Mail security was marking some of my emails as spam in the subject line. When I stop mail security, the problem goes away. I have Exchange 2003 SP2 installed on the same computer as mail security on a windows 2003 server.

    any ideas?

    It sounds like your content filtering rules need to be adjusted.  (for faster impact - lessen the severity of the rule actions)

    Once you figure out which rule it is violating you can specify any characteristic (sender, subject, attachement type, etc) in a whiltelist persay in that rule)


    It sounds like you've had this problem from the get go...  If that isn't the case and only have it once a week and this happens to every single email in the company...(ya, no joke), then you're in the same boat as me.  After having the Info Foundation: Mail Sec for MS Exchange installed for a week I get an error that my virus def's are missing or corrupt.  The only way to get your ex store running again is if you TURN AUTO-PROTECT OFF.  Once you reinstall the product it will work great for a another week or so.
