I have Altiris ITMS 7.1 sp2 installed in my environment with Symantec Servicedesk 7.1
I want to upgrade both Altiris ITMS 7.1 and ServiceDesk 7.1 to New version ITMS 7.5 and ServiceDesk 7.5.
What should be the best approch for the upgradation of ITMS from 7.1 to 7.5, and Migration of Servicedesk from 7.1 to 7.5
1. Should I first upgrade ITMS 7.1 to ITMS 7.5 and leave the Servicedesk 7.1 then later after satisfaction with the upgradation of ITMS 7.5 I should start
Migration of ServiceDesk from 7.1 to 7.5
2. if I upgrade Altiris ITMS 7.1 to 7.5 then Servicedesk 7.1 work with ITMS 7.5 or not.
