IT Management Suite

I'm in the process of upgrading from ITMS 7.5 SP1 to 7.6 but am having some issues. The main problem is that the views of Policies and Jobs/Tasks aren't loading in the Enhanced Console View. Computers and Software display ok but if I look at Jobs/Tasks or Policies, I can see the tree down the LHS but if I pick an item, all I see on the right are the circling dots...

When I did the upgrade I went for 7.6 and then added all the hotfixes straight away - seemed like a plan but might have been a mistake?

Log Viewer and SMP Diag aren't throwing up anything obvious. Any ideas out there?

Just a bit more information - if I search for a job/task or policy by name, and open one of the results, I can access all my jobs/tasks and policies using the "non-enhanced" view that results. It seems the issue is only with the so-called "enhanced" views!

Hi,

Please try to close all console windows and then open IE options and in General tab select "Delete" in "Browsing history" section. Select first two checkboxes: "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "cookies and website data" and press delete. Then re-open Altiris console and try to access problematic page.

Excellent - that has indeed done the trick. I was probably panicing that it was something complicated that had gone wrong and didn't think of the simple fix!
