    HI

    We have just installed new ITMS 7.5 successfully.

    We trying to installed altiris 7.5 agent on client system but it is not installing.

    I dont see any error in that screenshot when vowed on my phone. If you will use the pull page, make sure to first configure the default sma install options, as the pull uses them.

    Hi SK

    I think AltirisAgentInstBootstrap.cab file is not able to download hence agent is not downloading

    Is IE configured to allow activex installs? Is simple file sharing disabled? You could also do a unc copy of the aexnsc.exe and run the install from the commandline.

    HI SK

    We have check all the pre-requisite and it is fine.

    On the same system when we trying to pull out agent of NS 7-1 its installing fine

    but when we trying to pull out and install NS 7.5 agent nothing is happening. It is showing in the task manager that aexagent.exe is running but nothing is happening.

    We have very fresh NS 7.5 server installed successfully just few hours before.

    Hi, CBZ9104:

    May be you have your agent installed, but not showing the icon on the task bar.

    Please, check if a service named "Symantec Management Agent" is installed and running.

    Also, check if the agent binaries are appearing in the local disk (typically in c:\program files\altiris\altiris agent)

    Hi all

    My Problem got reslove it was certification issue. I added certificate on client side my problem got resolve.
