  • 1.  ITMS 7.6 HF3 configuration failed during scratch install

    When performing a fresh install of DS or CMS, including HF3 on a standard Windows 2012 R2 VM in my demo environment, the installation fails with an "Unable to access Web Service error.

    When installing HF3 seperately (after first installing 7.6 or when upgrading), no issues.

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi Rogier,

    That might be causes by known MS issue with .Net (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh169179%28v=nav.71%29.aspx ).

    Please try to rollback VM to the clean state and before attempting install run cmd:

    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru

    and then iisreset.
