    Good morning.

    Our Endpoint Protection system doesn't accept the 2 latest defintion (vb487a93, vd487886)

     

    Live update works normally (release on system match Symantec release), but whe i try to let the system unpack the *.jdb file (newer than liveupdate), it returns <filename>.jdb.err

    instead of un packing.

     

    i tried to download them several times, but the system still doesn install the new jdb

     

    This started to happen this morning. Never encounter this issues before

     

    SEPmanager version is RU6 MP3

    Can you try with the different browser. Let us know if still faced any issue.
