job pending on snapshot, won't cancel

Hello,

I have a job that started on may, 31th, and pends on 'snapshot processing'. I've tried to cancel the job.

I get the 'are you sure' dialogue box, I choose yes... but then nothing happens... (its been about 30 minutes since I've pushed 'yes').

What can I do?

Hi,

 

Restart the services through BE or BEutility.exe. You might have to manually stop the services through Task Manager if this doesn't work. Once done, start them up again.

Also make sure that your BE server is fully patched (should be running BE 2010 R3 with the latest service pack).
