If I view the Task Computers and Devices from the Manage > Jobs and Tasks page, It shows I have 76 Total devices, 14 of which are unmanaged.  It shows the other 62 just fine (and that is my real total) but not the unmanaged.  Is there any way I can see what the mystery 14 items are?

Unrelated: I've changed that web parts size from the default 400px height, but it still only goes 11 items deep before I have to scroll, is there a way to change that too?

    Thanks!

Instead of using the webpart, use a report.
All the webpart are based on reports.

    To view unmanaged computers:
    Reports > All Reports
Expand Notification Server Management > Agent
Choose the 'All Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/7 Computers with no Agent' report

    To view managed computers:
    Reports > All Reports
Expand Notification Server Management > Agent
Choose the 'Computers with Agent Installed' report

    Other methods: Manage > Computers

Does this accomplish what you want to do?

...however, I get "No Results Returned" with that report.  But the jobs and tasks shows 15 items.  I guess that's why I didn't put the two together in my head since I'm getting to different results.  After looking closer, I would say well over half of the reports either have no results (when I know they should) or error out.  Any tips on how to troubleshoot that?

    Sorry for topic jumping...

Just wanted to point out something.  In the Task computers and devices web part, it was giving me 15 unmanaged items that were not in the list.  I believe this is talking about users (under All Resources\Users).

What I'm still confused on is A) Why is it listing users in the unmanaged items of that web part? B) Why has altiris listing these 15 users as a resource?  It's by no mean a complete list of users, and some of them rarely get used.  Makes no sense to me.
