Jobs Hang on Snapshot processing

I have jobs that hang on snapshot processing, until I shut off backup exec and restart.
Backup Exec 12.5 SP2
Windows server 2008
Clients have been uninstalled \ reinstalled.
I have stopped using the open file agent.
It also hangs on the system state, short term, I stopped backing it up.
What else can I try to fix this?

Also try installing SP3 + 15 hotfixes for the Backup exec and then update the remote agent.
