    Hello
This report displays all jobs/tasks that have failed on at least one resource that it was assigned to in the last N days overe here it says that it failed on 1 system.

    1) You can try to execute the same job on the same system and try if that fails

    2) Make sure you monitor the Logs on the agent and check whats the cause of failure

    3) Run the follwing Command on the clinet to collect the agent logs

        cd C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\
        regsvr32 AeXAgentDiagnostics.dll

    4) Check if the task fails on other systems as well.

#3 does not collect the logs, it simply registers the client side diagnostics UI's, one of which has a LogViewer.

    Hi JannasTo,

Revise Software update task is executed on Server Side as part of Import Patch Data task.
It is executed after patch data is imported only in case if checkbox 'Automatically revise Software Update policies after importing patch data' is enabled on Import task settings(Tasks > Jobs and Tasks > System Jobs and Tasks > Software > Patch Management > Import Patch Data for Windows/Novel/Red Hat)

Revise Software update task may invoke downloading of software updates and it may be failed if any software update is not downloaded successfully. Please check instances of Download Software Update Package task that were executed at same time as Revise Software update task from your screenshot. You may check it from Download Software Update Package task page(Tasks > Jobs and Tasks > System Jobs and Tasks > Software > Patch Management > Download Software Update Package).

Also please check SMP logs captured at same time to see the reason of failure.

    Thank you,
    Roman
