Deployment Solution

In DS 6.9 SP4, whenever I used to re-image a computer it was joined to the domain in which it was already in.

Now when I try to re-image a computer it removes it from domain and add it to a workgoup.

I was using the normal sysprep method in 6.9 and doing the same thing here in 7.1 but it fails.

What is the correct way to re-image the computer and after the imaging part is done it automatically joins the Domain/OU it was already in as it was happening with 6.9?

Are you putting in domain\username as it says to do in the task? Try this: remove the domain\ and just put in Username and password in the Deploy Image task. While the task says to put it in the form of domain\username, I find that it lies. :-)

Thanks Dustin. I trusted the task but it lied to me :-)

I was able to get it working wihout the domain\username form.
