How to remove the option for users to use their outlook plugin go to search vaults and then open the journalarchive to browse trough the emails?

Which i only want for very specific elevated accounts.

Hello Sungsam,

In the VAC, go to the journal mailbox > archive properties > permissions tab. Check if you have a Windows security group or specific users with permissions to read the archive. Also, take a look at the mailbox permissions in the EMC to verify if any of these users were added from there. I hope this helps.
