I just discovered that I have Worm.Agent.H and Norton did not find it.  It is on my D:\\ drive.  I haven't found a way yet to remove it sucessfully.  First, can anyone say how high the risk is and what it's aim is.  Second, how do I remove it?  I'm running Norton AntiVirus 2010.  Thank you!

A good tool to remove this software is  Norton Power Eraser tool, this application is an easy and portable tool to remove "scareware" , "rogueware" or "scamware" software.

    Some information here : http://www.symantec.com/norton/products/tutorials/tutorials.jsp?pvid=nis2011&tutid=power_eraser

    Hi Randy,

Have you submitted the suspicious file to Symantec's Security Response?  They will analyze the file and create signatures against it, if deemed necessary.

    Thanks and best regards,
