In a domestic machine used a version of kaspersky but I'm trying to install norton 360 and it always keeps still.
How can I stop this process?

Questions or issues with Norton products should be directed to the Norton forms/support.

Hello,

It is not recommended to install 2 Antivirus on the same machine.

Is the Kaspersky uninstalled completely?

On a kind note: I would request you to add a Thread on the Norton 360 Community.

Hope that helps!!

Hi Steven

Actually norton not feel problems as the other software does not.
If you can not you can manually remove the kaspersky or do better uninstall and reinstall the windows uninstaller.
To be even better use kaspersky remover tool http://www.baixaki.com.br/download/kaspersky-remover-tool.htm
