KB Reference in ServiceDesk 7.5 incident template

Hi all,

When creating incident templates in ServiceDesk 7.5, you should be able to add a reference to a KB article. It seems when linking this article and performing the update function of the incident template it does not stick. The next time the template is used, the reference to the KB article is gone.

When looking at the advanced incident input project, I cannot find a reference to this 'KB article' entry, while other ones such as 'process reference', 'attachment', and so on are included.

Has someone already resolved this issue, and maybe can he/she post the necessary modificatifications made?

We were able to reproduce this issue in our environment. It has been recorded as a bug.
