    Hello there!

I can't access to keyserver.pgp.com from several days ago . Is it still available?

    Thanks.

I've just sent notice that there appears to be a problem. I'm currently not able to access it from my personal computer, but can contact the web interface from my Symantec computer.

    Hello there,

I've got the same problems: got a mail to verify my existig key from keyserver2@pgp.com. This mail included a link. Trying to follow that link I got a message that the link could not be followed.

    Best regards,

    Michael

I'd suggest trying again.  I was just able to reach the Global Directory from my personal computer - both via the web interface and from PGP Desktop.

My understanding is that this was related to an external DNS issue.

A side note, with the move to Symantec, the Global Directory machines are now housed in a VeriSign data center.  There should be better availability of these systems than we provided at PGP, DNS issues notwithstanding.

Did you ever get this working for you?

We fixed our DNS about a month ago

Also, newer versions of PGP Universal server do not prevent emails from sending out (getting stuck in the queue) if the global directory- keyserver.pgp.com service is unreachable.
