  • 1.  KeyView OOP APP has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    Trying to install DLP Agents on Windows XP Service Pack 3 systems and getting the following error message:

    KeyView OOP APP has encountered a problem and needs to close. 

    What is this issue and what is the fix?  We are about to deploy this to 40,000 workstations in a couple of weeks and I can't have this error popping up on users machines constantly.

    This may occur due to an antivirus application, considering kvoop.exe to be a virus. Try adding kvoop.exe to the Antivirus exclusion list and re-run the install..
