  • 1.  Knowing what 'word' caused a compliance incident

    Hi

I have a Compliance Folder setup, to create and incident if an incoming/outgoing email contains certain words from the profanity/sexual/racial lists.

I am currently delivering these emails as normal, and using this folder to present to the Executive a case to start rejecting emails that contain these words.

The problem I have is, can I tell which word/phrase cause the compliance incident?!?!

For example, if implemented, we will reject the email, and inform the (internal) user that we rejected it, but if that user rings up and asks why his email was rejected,  I don't want my helpdesk guys trolling through the email looking for a word out of one of the dictionaries.... wasting their time. So is there a way to see in the compliance folder or in the message audit logs which word actually caused the mail to be rejected.

    Thanks

This currently isn't possible in the product, you should commend on the following idea:
