    I'm not able to import articles with pictures into the Knowlege Base in ServiceDesk.  Is this possible?  For example, we have a lot of Word documents that have screen captures in them.  When I try to copy and paste them into a KB article, only the text shows up.  Is there an easy way to get these documents loaded into the KB so that technicians can open up the article with pictures?  Thanks!

    You can attach the files.  When you create the new article, go to the Attachment tab and attach your Word document.  Then, in the body of the article, put a brief description of what to do, like:

    "Symptoms of the issue include X, Y, Z.  To resolve this issue, follow the attached Word document"
