Knowledge Base Fails To Upgrade

 Our Altiris Helpdesk Solution currenty has KBI Totalbase version 6.0.105.  I have attempted to upgrade to 6.0.112 multiple times.  Altiris runs through the installation, restarts the services but yet I still find version 6.0.105 installed.  Has anyone run into a problem like this?
