  • 1.  Knowledge Base Item Text Entry Field Customisation

    In the Knowledge Base within the 'add article' pop-up window is there any simple way to customise the height of the 'text*' field container.

    Considering the length of some knowledge base articles a 5-10 line field that doesn't expand and only offers the option to scroll hardly seems sufficient.

     

    Anyone come across this in the past?

     

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you post a screenshot of it?

    I went looking for it but didn't stumble across it with just the add article statement you made

    This is a 3rd party control used by several PM pages (as well as some FormBuilder components).

    While I haven't done so, the scripts/files can probably be modified, and they are delivered to <install>/shared/scripts/UltimateEditor.
