  • 1.  Knowledge Base permissions problem .... I think

    I am having issues with allowing our help desk group to add articles and Bulliten Board entries.  Specifically because the Add icons are missing for them from the Knowledge Base page.  The groups has all the article permissions assigned and, as an added bonus, we added individual users to the KB Approvers and KB Editors groups but that still doesnt work! 

    The picture below shows the missing icons, at present the only people able to see these icons are the SD Administrators.

    I have this same problem. Were you able to find a solution? If so, please share :)

     

    BTW, what has been your experience in using the KB? Good? Bad? Ugly?
